Is anyone else not crazy or absolutely HATE the new 80s clothing styles. Seriously could that not have been left back where it came from like during our childhood when life and dressing was easy! I mean we are trying to accentuate what we do have that looks good not take away from or hide with baggyness what we do have. I mean seriously…I don’t need the loooong shirts. I mean I am long torsoed but come on this is going to the extreme! It’s just been a huge challenge in finding good stuff to purchase. That may last through the style changes for about 2 yrs yet. I can’t get into the style i cant it just makes me go crazy like I should be in Elementary school again. I mean this is how bad it was…I thought I might TRY (emphasis on try) to get into it by just trying on one of those flowy short or 3/4 sleeves with the cinched waist. I had a sudden flashback to myself as a 9 yr old playing dress up with my mom’s 80’s castoffs of the same style! I mean I can cleary see the color and feel the texture of this shirt like it was right in front of me. Magenta/Plumish with kind of a wool/polyester texture. Oh it made me squirm but part of me wished that MAYBE I would still have it but it went away with the Barbies. So yeah that’s where I’m at. I went to New York and Company and just purchased the shirts that I wanted to buy that were close enough to normal!

Anyone see United 93. It just breaks your heart and makes you want to strangle those hijackers. I wanted to punch them out and get it over with. How can they say they are doing it for God- its not our God or my God thats for sure.
