The busy days are slowing down. They were right when they said you are busy when you are first married! The other day I had a lunch date with Mrs Emily Diane Lofquist. That was fun, but I wish we had a whole afternoon to spend together! I do miss her friendship! We will get together soon Em!

My parents got yet another dog…however this is to replace the death of my dad’s beagle that he had for 14 yrs. He uses them for hunting. But this one is too cute for that. She just needs to stay little and not hunt. But boy she’s going to be a good hunting dog- she’s a sniffer and a digger and gets her little hind legs out flat in back of her and gets in there under the trees. We had her up at the cabin this weekend (where I havent been in 10 yrs!) and she was a blast to have!

Here she is sleeping on the stones in front of the cabin- she could sleep anywhere!

And boy does she have a strong mouth! Carrying a water bottle (empty of course!)

She’s only 7 wks old, which we figured out probably is almost close to the exact day that we got married and close to my dad’s birthday- how cute! We don’t have a name for her yet but she does answer to Ellie. So we will see. We are going to my parents saturday to see how Hayley reacts to her, when my dad and brother come home from the cabin.

Just one last thing: I REALLY want a puppy now! All things are right in the world when I have a puppy around!
