5 Mother’s Day Gift Ideas To Inspire You

With Easter behind us, Mother’s Day will soon be here. Do you have your gift yet? Still need some ideas? Here’s a few to get you inspired:

Farmhouse inspired sign– I gave this sign to my mom for Christmas and she loves it. It has the farmhouse inspired white background with black script. The frame has a weathered look to it. You can customize the sign to whatever you want. My mom’s said ‘My greatest blessings call me Mimi’. Treasured Sparrow has a great turn around time, even in the rush of the holiday season!

The Beautiful Word Devotional– I love my devotional, ‘The Beautiful Word’. It covers topics we encounter on a daily basis and the artwork is so beautiful, hence the beautiful word! ha. I always get something out of each day’s entry. I love and enjoy them so much that I share them on Instagram stories.

A luxury candle– now bear with me, I know what you are thinking, ‘Really a candle? That’s so boring!’ Well check these candles out, they smell heavenly! My bestie and I traveled to our local Terrain shop. I was a Terrain virgin at the time. But oh my word! It’s such an inspiration. While the prices are a bit lofty for me right now, I came away with such great ideas and it was a breath of fresh air. We visited in winter but I would love to see the outdoor spaces alive and welcoming for the Spring and Summer! We fell in love with the Grapefruit and pine candle, it is amazing. The thing I love about candles in amazing containers is that after burning them down, you have a lovely vessel to use. The other one I have to share is from Antique Candle Co, Country Pear. This has tones of pear, plum and brown sugar vanilla.

Neck wrap– If you follow me on Instagram and watch my stories, you know that I call these things my warm hug! At the end of a long day, I like to heat mine up and snuggle on the couch or in bed and drink my beverage of choice. It’s especially wonderful when you have a sore throat or swollen glands. I also have an eye pillow and I love to heat that up for a few seconds and go to sleep with it on my face. So soothing! The eye pillows also make great ‘boo boo packs’ for kids. However there are sweet owl buddy pillows that are ‘Boo Boo packs’ as well. I know, I know this is a list for Mother’s Day but just wanted to share that tip!

For the runner or active mom in your life, Flipbelt. I love mine and it really helps keep your hands free. I even used mine for shelling and walks on the beach!

These are all great gift ideas, I know I wouldn’t mind receiving. What are some ideas you have for the mom in your life? Share with me down in the comments!

Have a great weekend and Happy Mother’s Day!

What I Gave Up For Lent and My Discovery…
All In Weekend’s Work

Hey there! I’m so glad you stopped by my blog!

I’m a wife to a realtor and a momma to 2 energetic boys, living in a bi-level home (some people call it a split level) and fixing it up to suit us. I love a good DIY and being creative. I am passionate about history and  visiting historical places like it’s my job- particularly Colonial time period. I love finding antiques/vintage and rustic items to add to my home decor, vacationing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and fantasizing about trips to Scotland. Read more

On this blog I share a lot of those things and more, so comment, share, subscribe and come along for the ride!
