Hooray! After being on the phone yesterday with Dell for 2 hrs and in the end finding out my dvd drive had gone caput- I received my new FREE one 24 hrs later and now at 10pm it is now fully installed and ready to play all my dvds that ive been eagerly waiting to play for months! I had to use the family’s player and that isnt so much fun. So now I can watch them at night or watch with friends and such in my own room.

On another note: My cousin is playing his First Final Farewell concert yes I am related to him~Anyone up for a Phil Collins concert @ the Wachovia Ctr on Sept 22nd for my 23rd bday??? huh huh anyone? oh and by the way JK on the cousin thing although that is my Great Nanny’s family name! So it could very well be true.

Tonight on my drive home I decided to go a different way home- the river route…Luckily i did cuz i got to admire one of God’s neat little creations~ fields full of fireflies! I love summer! I love the warm nights, the amazing storms it produces, the smell, the light breeze of a balmy evening, tiki torches, campfires, fireworks, picnics, swimming, days at the river and beach, baseball games, the smell of suntan lotion, sunglasses, driving with the windows down, summer love, tans, running at night when its still light out….yes I wouldnt have it any other way…i wish it were here to stay.
